Important Info


How do I make a booking?

Drop us an email with the following info:

·         The package, Add ons, items  your are interested in hiring

·         The date of your wedding or event

·         The name of your venue and location of your wedding

We will then check availability for you and get the booking paperwork and deposit invoice raised,

A 30% booking deposite is required for orders

To confirm any order the deposit is to be paid along with the completion of the signed booking form.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment to be received 2 weeks before the event date. No exchange of items will take place without full receipt of payment.

 Payment is to be to be made by BACS or Paypal

Where are you based?

TwentyTwoTen prop hire are based in Towersey OX9 3QQ, just outside Thame.

Delivery & collection

We offer a free delivery and collection service for bookings within 20miles of OX9 3QQ.

All mileage is charged from/to OX9 3QQ and your venue at 30p per mile and is invoiced as per the google maps calculation.

We will contact you to make the delivery/collection arrangements no sooner than two weeks before your wedding when our schedules for your date have been finalised. We take care of multiple weddings each weekend, so whilst we always try and accommodate any requested delivery/collection slots, these cannot be guaranteed, unfortunately.

If you would prefer to collect and return the props from/to us, no problem! Collection appointments are generally arranged for the day before your wedding and return appointments the day after. We will always try to accommodate earlier collections/later returns, but this does depend on availability and additional charges may apply.


Can I view your prop hire collection?
Yes you can it is best to see the items first hand, you will be most welcome. Viewings by appointment.


Hire period ?
The hire period will be from the evening prior/morning of the event until the following day.

Other dates by arrangement - we aim to be as flexible as possible.



We require all items damaged or not returned to be paid for in full within 7 days of your hire date.  The items will be invoiced at the price stated at the time of booking. 

We will ask for contact details, venue address and phone numbers on booking .  

Please pack all items in the containers provided in the same way as you received them. All items are to be returned in the same condition as when hired and are to be clean, stain and wax free when returned.

We accept no responsibility for injury caused to any person during the hire period. All items hired are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned. 

 Lost or Damaged Items Prior to Your Hire

If an item you have booked is damaged or lost prior to your hire taking place you will be informed and we will make every effort to replace the item like for like. As many items are one offs this may not be possible or if this is unsatisfactory, you will be entitled to a refund for that item only. No further compensation will be due.
